Gu Yanqing’s Adam’s apple rolled slightly. Without resistance, he followed the woman’s lead. The warm coffee entered his throat, and it was bitter but fragrant.

It was as if the woman in front of him, who should never have caught his eye, always manages to tug at his heartstrings.

“How’s the taste?” Su Yu looked at him with an expectant gaze.

The man nodded reservedly. “Not bad.”
