Six Ring Wizard - Chapter 308
Chapter 308: Spell Integration
Helag’s knowledge and understanding had improved significantly since his time in the Barren land.
The books he had absorbed from Silvermoon City’s library had provided him with a wealth of information, and he had been steadily digesting and learning from them during his free time.
Now, as he looked at the spell model books, he felt a deeper understanding of the principles behind the spells.
Many areas of knowledge were interconnected. Once you grasped the underlying principles, learning new things became much faster.
Time passed as Helag focused on reading the spell model books in his study, all while waiting for Deep Blue to finish constructing the spell models.
At one point, Reese brought in a plate of fruit and brewed a pot of hot coffee, quietly placing them on the side without disturbing Helag.
She had been diligently studying potion-making during this time and had made significant progress. It wouldn’t be long before she was ready to take the first-level potion master exam.
***
Four hours later.
“Spell models for Life Bud, Immovable Stone, Water Skin, and Dark Gold Armor have been successfully constructed.”
Helag closed the spell model book in his hands and rubbed his temples.
Constructing four first-level spell models at once had left him feeling a bit mentally fatigued.
He took a sip of coffee to refresh himself.
In his mind, the four first-level spell models were now fully constructed.
Helag decided to test Life Bud first, a plant-based first-level spell.
He channeled his mana into the spell model.
Suddenly, a mound of dirt appeared on the floor in front of him.
A green stem sprouted from the mound, and at the top of the stem was a bud.
The stem grew until it was about two meters tall.
The bud then opened up, forming a large, sleeping-bag-like structure that could easily accommodate an adult.
The bud remained open, waiting for someone to lie inside.
Helag touched it and found the inside coated with a sticky substance.
This substance had excellent healing properties for injuries.
The spell reminded Helag of the time he was gravely injured by Malcolm in Moonlight Grove.
Back then, he had been in a critical condition, and it was a first-level wizard named Barty who had saved him using a similar method. (Tln : Chapter 130, Barty Rescue Helag from Malcolm)
Helag suspected that the spell Barty had used was similar to Life Bud.
With a wave of his hand, the bud retracted and disappeared.
However, the mound of dirt remained on the floor, as if it had been brought from somewhere else.
Helag touched the dirt—it was real soil, and the floor beneath it was intact.
To him, this spell seemed to be a combination of plant magic and summoning magic.
Only summoning spells caused phenomena like this.
Next, Helag tested Immovable Stone.
After channeling mana into the spell model, earth elemental particles began gathering around him, and his entire body glowed with a yellowish hue.
His skin took on a yellow tint, which might not appeal to someone who cared about their appearance, but Helag didn’t mind as long as it made him stronger.
“Deep Blue, analyze the enhancements from Immovable Stone,” Helag instructed, curious about the spell’s effects.
“Analyzing…”
“Immovable Stone provides the following enhancements: Strength +3.1, Agility +1.1, Constitution +6.6.”
Helag nodded, satisfied with the results. The spell’s effects were comparable to his Giant’s Body spell.
After testing Immovable Stone, Helag moved on to Water Skin.
This was a unique spell, as Helag had never learned a spell specifically designed for damage reduction before.
Looking down at his arm, he saw that his entire body was covered in a thin layer of transparent liquid. He didn’t feel much, just a cool sensation.
If it were summer, this spell would be perfect for staying cool.
Helag moved around a bit, finding that the spell didn’t hinder his movements at all. It felt like wearing a tight-fitting suit that he couldn’t even notice.
Testing the damage reduction effects would be difficult—he couldn’t exactly stab himself to find out.
If the attack was too weak, there would be no meaningful results, and if it was too strong, he might end up killing himself.
Helag decided not to dwell on it for now, as he planned to integrate all these enhancement spells into a single spell later.
Finally, Helag tested Dark Gold Armor.
With a thought, he channeled mana into the spell model.
Immediately, metallic particles began gathering on his skin, forming a layer of dark gold metal.
The process was incredibly fast—within the blink of an eye, Helag was fully covered in dark gold armor.
The armor was similar to his Dark Armor, providing full-body coverage with no weak points.
However, while Dark Armor was shrouded in black mist, giving it a sinister appearance, Dark Gold Armor looked like solid, gleaming metal.
It gave off an impression of beauty and luxury, making it seem like an expensive set of armor.
Helag was quite pleased with the appearance of the armor, though its function overlapped with Dark Armor.
The next step was to integrate all these enhancement spells into a single spell.
“Deep Blue, calculate whether it’s possible to integrate spells like Blood Bull’s Wrath, Unyielding Will, Dark Elf’s Blessing, Water Skin, and Dark Gold Armor into a single spell, similar to Absolute Defense.”
Helag wasn’t sure if it was feasible to combine so many spells into one, but he figured Deep Blue could give it a try.
“Analyzing…”
This time, the analysis took longer, likely due to the number of spells involved and the differences in their principles.
Before coming to the Land of Dawn, Helag wouldn’t have had much confidence in this plan. He wouldn’t have believed Deep Blue could handle such a complex task.
But after arriving in the Land of Dawn, Deep Blue had absorbed all the books from the first three floors of Silvermoon City’s library, amassing a vast amount of data.
With such a strong data foundation, there was a chance Deep Blue could pull it off.

Half an hour later.
“Analysis complete. It is possible to construct a central spell that links the models of these spells, integrating them into a single spell.”
Helag thought for a moment and said, “Deep Blue, begin constructing the spell model.”
“Task logged. Estimated time: 110 hours. Estimated mana consumption: 126%.”
Helag remembered that it had taken 72 hours to construct the Absolute Defense spell model, which had already been a long task.
Now, this new spell model would take 110 hours, indicating just how complex it was.
