Chapter 50: Only Children Make Choices

Both Qin Yun and Chu Xinran stared intently at Fang Zhou, maintaining their rose-giving stance. Although it felt like an eternity, only a few seconds had passed.

During those few seconds, Fang Zhou struggled internally, glancing between Qin Yun and Chu Xinran.

Finally, he made an unexpected move.

Amidst everyone’s attention, Fang Zhou raised his hand and loudly asked the show’s director.

“If I understand correctly, the three of us can go together, right, Director?”

They had just said each girl could invite one person, which meant four people could ride together. So, three people together should be fine too.

“It’s not impossible if you all agree.”

Receiving the confirmation, Fang Zhou didn’t hesitate anymore. He took the rose from Qin Yun with one hand and the rose from Chu Xinran with the other.

He smiled and said, “Let’s go together then.”

Only children make choices; adults take it all.

The two red roses bloomed brightly and extravagantly in his hands.

But the two girls who gave the flowers were clearly not as happy as Fang Zhou.

Qin Yun’s lips curved into a slight, sarcastic smile, her eyes briefly glancing over Fang Zhou’s face, as if to say: Really, you’re something.

On the other side, Chu Xinran seemed genuinely happy, bouncing back to her seat, seemingly supportive of Fang Zhou’s every decision.

However, only she knew whether that smile was genuine or not.

Qin Yun and Chu Xinran followed close behind. After a brief training session with the director, the three of them boarded the helicopter.

The seating arrangement was quite particular. Fang Zhou initially wanted to sit on the outside, but Qin Yun insisted he sit inside to avoid blocking the view.

So, it ended up with Chu Xinran on the innermost seat, Fang Zhou in the middle, and Qin Yun on the outermost seat.

The helicopter had a pilot in the front, and a camera above aimed at the three of them for the live stream.

Their expressions and actions were clearly visible to the viewers.

Noticing the camera, Fang Zhou felt a bit relieved. With cameras present, the two girls probably wouldn’t do anything unexpected.

However, as the helicopter took off and they began to leave the ground, Fang Zhou realized he had spoken too soon.

Because both Chu Xinran and Qin Yun grabbed his hands, clinging tightly and screaming.
