- Chapter 51 - Do You Want to Fall in Love with Me Again?
Chapter 53: Do You Want to Fall in Love with Me Again?
In the small cabin, as the man gradually closed his eyes, the room fell into silence.
Qin Yun removed her hands from Fang Zhou’s neck and stood up straight, staring at him for a long time.
Her expression was complex, her eyes flickering like candle flames, reflecting her wavering heart.
After a while, she finally moved, slowly extending her hand to gently stroke Fang Zhou’s face, feeling its smoothness.
Although Fang Zhou was a game streamer, he usually logged off by midnight and rarely stayed up late, unless there were special circumstances.
Plus, his teenage acne hadn’t left any marks on his face, making it as smooth as ever, even better than that of an eighteen-year-old male student.
Qin Yun’s hand moved to his nose bridge, high and straight, the most attractive feature on his face aside from his eyes.
She always remembered the awe she felt when she first saw Fang Zhou.
The scent of youth hit her, and his clear voice calling her “sister” had left her mesmerized. Qin Yun, who thought she’d never fall for anyone again, was eventually pulled into the water by this man.
But now, while she was still submerged, he had climbed ashore without looking back. How could Qin Yun allow that?
“Not that easy.”
She murmured, picking up Fang Zhou’s phone.
A light tap revealed the lock screen password was no longer her birthday.
Qin Yun chuckled softly, not angry, and used Fang Zhou’s hand to unlock it with his fingerprint.
The lock screen showed a girl in a blue and white school uniform, with shoulder-length hair and dimples when she smiled.
She stood on a green field, with the blue sky and white clouds as her backdrop, full of vitality.
This was Fang Zhou’s sister, Fang Wenjing.
The girl, true to her name, was quiet and frail, evoking a strong protective instinct.
This was also why Qin Yun felt dark emotions when she saw Fang Zhou patting her head, even though she knew it wasn’t Fang Wenjing’s fault.
If she hadn’t let jealousy cloud her judgment and acted rashly, almost hurting Fang Wenjing, they wouldn’t have broken up.
Qin Yun’s eyes darkened as she ruffled Fang Zhou’s hair, mimicking how he used to ruffle his sister’s.
“Don’t worry, I won’t hurt your sister this time.”

Fang Zhou had a dream where he was lost in a giant garden full of fragrant roses.
He heard someone calling him from deep within the garden and followed the voice.
At a corner, he saw a woman with brown curly hair, Qin Yun.
Next to her sat his sister, Fang Wenjing.
Qin Yun treated his sister gently and generously, unlike the aggression he remembered, and they were making crafts together.
“Brother, you’re here!”
His sister looked up, delighted to see him, and pulled him to sit on a stone bench.
“Brother, look, this bracelet is made by Sister Qin. Isn’t it pretty?”
His sister looked healthy and more lively than in reality.
Fang Zhou glanced at the handmade bracelet, a simple but unique blue and white woven string.
“Yes, it’s pretty.”
He answered absentmindedly, focusing more on Qin Yun.
She too looked at him, “Fang Zhou, your sister likes me a lot.”
“Do you want to fall in love with me again?”
Fang Zhou turned sharply, seeing his sister cling to Qin Yun’s sleeve, unlike her previously frightened state.
No, don’t stay with Qin Yun; she’ll hurt you!
“Sister!”
Fang Zhou jolted awake, heart pounding as he realized it was just a dream.
His body was hot, and sweat covered his back, as if he had just experienced a nightmare.
Someone handed him a tissue, gently wiping the sweat from his forehead, asking softly, “Are you okay?”
It was Qin Yun’s voice.
Fang Zhou avoided her hand and looked up to see her eyes filled with concern.
“I was talking to you, and you fell asleep midway, then woke up shouting for your sister.”
“Did you have a nightmare?”
Her smile matched the one in his dream, perfectly crafted.
But the more perfect it seemed, the more it reminded him of her ruthless side.
The drastic contrast left a deep impression, hard to shake off.
Fang Zhou’s first reaction was to shake his head, unwilling to share his dream.
If Qin Yun were anything but a surgeon, he’d suspect the dream was a result of her hypnotic suggestion.
“Nothing.”
He glanced at his pasta, having only taken one bite.
This was food prepared by the show, Qin Yun couldn’t have tampered with it. So why did he suddenly lose consciousness?
“Hmm? Don’t you like steak?”
Qin Yun smiled, discussing food as if nothing had happened.
“I remember you used to like it a lot.”
Fang Zhou’s face turned cold as he looked at Qin Yun, “That was then, this is now.”
He refused to believe she had just waited for him to wake up.
“Why did I suddenly fall asleep?”
A cold-faced Fang Zhou wasn’t easy to deal with. His sister was one of his few bottom lines, and Qin Yun had crossed it.
Her failed hypnosis made her realize his strong mental defenses, forcing her to calm her restless thoughts and proceed slowly.
“I don’t know, maybe you missed your nap?”
“Or, as a doctor, I recommend a health check.”
“You see, without me, you can’t even take care of your health.”
Her innocent and gentle smile left Fang Zhou speechless.
The feeling of hitting a cotton wall was deeply frustrating.
He made a silent decision: From now on, I’ll avoid being alone with Qin Yun; it’s too dangerous.
