Kurosawa’s Song Goes Viral Online

The next day, Kurosawa went to school as usual.

Unlike yesterday, this time he arrived at school early and didn’t need to enter the classroom stealthily.

The morning classes went smoothly. Although he had a date planned, he couldn’t neglect his studies.

On the other side, at Seisen Private High School.

Wearing the JK uniform, bubble socks, with fluffy, slightly curled blonde hair and a shoulder-slung backpack, Ichinose descended from the subway at the nearest station to the school.

“Yuki, what did Kurosawa say? Is he free tomorrow?”

“Hikaru-kun said he’s busy on Saturday, he’s discussing something with a teacher.” Ichinose shook her head slightly as they walked side by side.

Realizing that Kurosawa couldn’t make it, Shiina’s good mood for the day suddenly disappeared.

“I’ll stick to the original plan and work part-time tomorrow. You guys have fun,” Ichinose smiled and said.

Shiina nodded and then remembered something.

“Speaking of which, do you know? Kurosawa’s song went viral online. In just one day, it got a whopping 120,000 views! It’s incredible!” 

“Oh?” Ichinose was a bit bewildered at the news.

“Do you remember I recorded Kurosawa’s song before? Well, I uploaded it online yesterday.” Shiina explained when she noticed Ichinose’s confusion.

“Will that cause trouble for Hikaru-kun?” Ichinose felt a bit numb at the thought.

“Don’t worry, I was careful about it. I added some edits later and replaced the visuals with something else. You can’t see him at all, you can only hear his song.”

Seeing her a bit worried, Shiina made an OK gesture to reassure her with a cheerful smile.

“That’s good… 120,000 views, is that a lot?”

Relieved to know Shiina had handled things, Ichinose sighed and then became curious.

“It’s a lot! Definitely a lot! My vlogs showing off legs barely reach ten thousand views.”

“You’ve done vlogs like that?” Ichinose was a bit surprised.

“Just for fun! Also, I realized Kurosawa is really amazing at singing. The comments are super positive, saying his singing is on par with the original.”

“That’s true.”

“You’re good at singing too. If Kurosawa teaches you, you might become even more amazing, and who knows, maybe you could become a singer.”

“Being a singer is not my thing…” Ichinose rejected the suggestion after thinking for a moment.

“Why not?”

“It feels kind of scary.”

“That’s true; I heard the entertainment industry can be quite chaotic.”

“We are quite chaotic too.”

“How can that be? While we mess around, everyone has their own boundaries, so it’s not really chaotic.”

“Indeed.” Ichinose thought for a moment, and although they were quite carefree, there was still a sense of moderation among them.

As they chatted, they continued walking forward. However, near the school gate, a woman suddenly blocked their path, adopting a serious and formal attitude.

“Excuse me, are you Shiina Ai?”

“Yes, what’s the matter?”

Shiina looked at her. The woman was a short-haired, glasses-wearing, stylish OL beauty. Her silver-gray hair was neatly arranged, giving her a competent and mature appearance, she was likely around twenty-five years old.

“Are you the YouTuber, Blue Blue Blue Beautiful Girl?”

“I am the Blue Blue Blue Beautiful Girl, indeed.”

Shiina nodded without any hesitation about her online nickname.

“May I ask, who was the singer in the karaoke party video you uploaded on YouTube yesterday?” Confirming her identity, the OL beauty asked.

Hearing the question, Shiina was suddenly shocked. She felt like things were over and quickly turned to look at Ichinose.

This turn of events caught her completely off guard. She never expected that simply uploading a video would lead someone to trace her account identity and show up at her doorstep.

Facing her pleading gaze, Ichinose realized that there was a serious issue, but she calmly asked, “Why are you looking for that singer?”

“In any case, let’s first understand the other party’s intentions before making any plans.”

“I am the manager of Illusion Star Agency, Itsuragi Runa. I believe this singer has strong vocal skills and would like to invite him to become a professional singer under our agency. Could you two introduce him to us?”

Seeing their cautious reaction, the OL beauty took out a business card and handed it to them.

“No.”

Realizing her intention, Ichinose glanced at her attractive face and shook her head. During the karaoke party, they had already asked Kurosawa about this, and he wasn’t interested in becoming a professional singer.

“Please consider introducing him.”

Seeing her stance, Itsuragi realized that the blonde girl might have a closer relationship with the singer. She immediately lowered her head, took out her wallet, and pulled out a ten-thousand-yen bill, showing sincerity.

Noticing her lack of response, Itsuragi reached into her wallet again, this time pulling out four bills and directly totaling fifty thousand yen.

“Yuki, this is fifty thousand yen. Just make an introduction; it’s not like you’re signing a contract. You can take it.”

Seeing this, Shiina couldn’t sit still and nudged Ichinose with her elbow.

“This isn’t about money or not; he personally said he doesn’t want to be a singer.” Ichinose shook her head.

While 50,000 yen is indeed tempting, she doesn’t want to cause trouble for Kuroawa.

“Just as Miss Blue Blue Blue said, it’s just an introduction, a meeting; you’re not signing a contract.” Itsuragi pushed her glasses with one hand and said.

“He’s very busy.” Ichinose felt a bit troubled.

“I can wait, no rush.”

After hesitating, Ichinose said, “I’ll ask him later, but I won’t help you plead with him, I’m just informing him.” 

“Okay. By the way, if I may ask, how does he look?” Itsuragi nodded and asked.

“Super handsome, the most handsome guy I’ve ever seen, and super stylish.” Hearing this question, Shiina couldn’t hold back.

With this reply, Itsuragi nodded slightly and said, “We’ll wait for your good news. Sorry for the inconvenience this time, please forgive us.” 

Then, she stacked the 50,000 yen and the business card together, handed them to Ichinose, and turned to leave.

“What a cool sister.”

Seeing her leave after saying that, Shiina looked at her back and couldn’t help but sigh.

“Do you think it’s not good to accept this money?” Ichinose also had concerns, nodded, and expressed her worries.

“There’s nothing wrong with it; she forced it on you, so just accept it.”

“If Hikaru-kun doesn’t want to meet her, do you think she’ll take the money back?”

Ichinose was pondering this question because she wasn’t confident about convincing Kurosawa to meet this woman.

After all, she wasn’t Kurosawa’s official girlfriend, their relationship was unclear and lacking clarity.

“50,000 yen just to meet once; how could Kurosawa possibly refuse?” Shiina, unaware of her concerns, waved her hand and said.

Offering 50,000 yen just for a meeting already demonstrated a lot of sincerity; it was impossible for someone to refuse.

Ichinose thought about Kurosawa’s personality but lacked confidence.
