The Cornerstone of Entrepreneurship
The next morning at 8:30.
A car stopped in front of the apartment building. As Kurosawa walked out, she honked the horn.
“Hurry up and get in.”
Itsuragi sat in the driver’s seat. The car window rolled down, and she shook her head.
“Good morning.”
Seeing her eager appearance, Kurosawa greeted her with a smile and got into the car.
As the car door opened, Kurosawa saw that there was already someone in the back seat and was a bit surprised.
“Miss Ninomiya.”
“Call me sensei.”
Ninomiya sat there with her arms crossed, wearing frameless glasses, looking quite elegant.
With glasses on, she looked much more attractive than at school.
As for her outfit, it was a light yellow trench coat, a white shirt, and a black tight skirt, giving off an exquisite and elite vibe.
“Hurry up and get in the car. you’ll be scolded if you stop for too long,” urged Itsuragi.
“Okay.” Kurosawa nodded and immediately got into the car.
“Where are we going?” Kurosawa asked as he sat in the car.
“To my place. Didn’t you say we’re discussing specific matters today?” Itsuragi turned around, looking energetic.
“You look quite casual today.”
As the car started, Ninomiya glanced at Kurosawa beside her and commented.
“Do you prefer this style?”
Kurosawa looked at his own attire and asked.
This was his everyday outfit: a short-sleeved white shirt with long pants.
Because he was woken up by Itsuragi’s call, he didn’t have time to think about fashion and just came out with neatly combed hair.
“You look more serious and refined this way.”
Seeing how he could bring it back to the topic of preferences, Ninomiya gave him a disdainful look.
In her view, Kurosawa should be this type, appearing refined and charmingly sunny.
Like the time at the amusement park before, that trendy appearance was really not suitable.
“Miss Ninomiya, with glasses, you look even more beautiful. Is this unique look just for me?”
Realizing that she liked this style, Kurosawa became aware and immediately laughed.
“I didn’t dress up for you. It’s just the weekend, there’s no classes. Wearing contact lenses for too long is tiring, so I wear these glasses.”
Looking at his smiling eyes, Ninomiya waved her hand, pushing her hanging blue hair behind her, and calmly said.
On the way, they stopped by a convenience store and casually bought some oden for breakfast.
At 9 o’clock, they reached their destination, Itsuragi’s house.
“No need to be polite; you’ve been here before.”
Opening the door with a key, Itsuragi greeted them.
Kurosawa and Ninomiya entered together, taking off their shoes in the entranceway.
Having missed the chance before, this time they stepped into the living room.
The house was well-maintained, tidy, and orderly, showing no signs of dirt or mess. The decorations and arrangement were also pleasing.
Itsuragi walked into the living room and took off her coat.
Today, she was dressed in a black camisole tank top and ultra-short shorts, showcasing slender and toned arms as well as a pair of long, white legs, giving off a distinctly sexy and eye-catching vibe.
Despite her silver short hair, perhaps due to the less assertive outfit, her silver-gray bangs parted in the middle, giving her face a gentle and graceful beauty, like that of a virtuous woman.
“What would you like to drink? We have barley tea, cola, and water.”
“Barley tea, please.”
“Barley tea.”
With the responses, Itsuragi, wearing a pair of slippers, walked into the kitchen.
Her back view was eye-catching, causing Kurosawa to glance a couple more times.
It had to be said, Itsuragi was very good-looking, and her sense of fashion added to her charm, making her an incredibly attractive woman.
Was it safe to say that birds of a feather flock together?
Ninomiya, her best friend, was equally stunning.
“Runa is really beautiful, right?”
At this moment, Ninomiya noticed that his gaze seemed almost glued to Itsuragi, and she spoke with a hint of teasing.
Generally speaking, men tend to appreciate a bit more revealing attire on women, and it seemed that Kurosawa was no exception.
“Yeah, I was thinking about something.”
Kurosawa snapped back to reality, realizing she was staring at him. Not feeling embarrassed about being caught staring, he responded.
“What is it?”
Ninomiya didn’t expect him to actually nod, feeling a bit displeased inside but not showing it.
“She’s so beautiful, why not become an entertainer?” Kurosawa used the question to explain why he was staring.
“Because I lose interest in everything after three minutes. Just relying on looks won’t work for being an entertainer.”
Just then, Itsuragi returned with a tray.
The house wasn’t very large, so unless they intentionally lowered their voices, almost everything could be heard.
“Because she’s a perfectionist. If she does something, she wants to do it well. If she can’t do it well, she won’t do it at all, and she also feels like she doesn’t have any talent.”
Ninomiya realized what he was contemplating and shared what she knew.
“Huh… Miss Ninomiya seems more like a perfectionist.” Kurosawa found it a bit surprising.
In terms of appearance, temperament, attire, and behavior, Itsuragi seemed more spontaneous and lively, while Ninomiya appeared more rational.
“You haven’t seen her at work. She wears glasses when she’s working.”
“Chizuru is not a perfectionist at all. If you ever have the chance, visit her home unannounced and… I’ll stop there.”
Itsuragi originally wanted to spill more details, but her words were cut off by a sharp gaze.
“Is Ninomiya-sensei’s home special?”
Kurosawa was curious and intrigued.
According to this, did it mean that Ninomiya, who seemed like a polished and sophisticated woman on the surface, was actually messy and casual at home?
“It’s nothing special.”
Ninomiya shook her head slightly, choosing not to answer.
“Does Miss Runa have nearsightedness?”
Seeing that she didn’t want to talk about it, Kurosawa didn’t press further but expressed his curiosity.
“I’m not nearsighted, just wearing glasses gives people a somewhat vulnerable feeling, making them feel more approachable.”
Itsuragi poured iced barley tea into all the cups and placed them in front of everyone.
“There’s also that perspective.”
Kurosawa pondered, unsure if it was right or wrong.
“Let’s not talk about this for now. The purpose of coming to my house today is clear to everyone. Let’s finish the main business first and then discuss other things, alright?”
Itsuragi then placed the convenience store-bought oden in front of everyone, one by one.
Her movements were very skillful, as if doing these things was a routine for her. She seemed quite adept at taking care of others.
“Alright.”
Kurosawa noticed this and nodded.
“The key focus of today’s discussion is the company’s equity. Involving interests, it’s crucial, and there can be no room for any mistakes in this matter.”
With this settled, Itsuragi sat down on the sofa and began discussing business directly.
“Okay.” Kurosawa nodded, acknowledging the importance of this.
From ancient times to the present, whenever there were interests involved, it had to be handled with caution. Otherwise, even with family, relationships could break down.
To be blunt, equity was the cornerstone of a joint venture and it had to be carefully considered.
