A Flat-Chest Believer Reincarnated in a World Where Women with Small Breasts Aren't Treated as Women ~ I Ended Up with a Flat-Chested Harem. - Chapter 34
Rita and I returned safely to Kanshura. The town had regained its vibrancy, and the streets were bustling with people. It seemed Green Fever had been brought under control.
When we arrived at the magistrate’s mansion, we found Risty, Mariel, and Bondre there in the hall.
“Folca, welcome back. Kanshura is all good. The treatment is complete. Oh, Kudell is holed up in a private room, but she’s still in the mansion.”
Ah, a private room. She’s probably using the microscope to search for the Green Fever pathogen.
“I’m back. As expected of you, Risty. It’s great to see the town lively again.”
I paused for a moment and turned towards Bondre.
“Lord Bondre, the northern region is also taken care of. The treatment is complete. Though there may still be new cases, I’ve left some Holy Water, so they should be cured quickly.”
“Thank you so much. You’ve been an incredible help.”
“It was no trouble. However, one issue remains—there were bandits in Pireneba. Since there was a risk they could be carrying Green Fever, we tracked them down, captured them, and purified them with magic. I’ll leave the rest to you.”
“Bandits, I see… If it weren’t for the chaos caused by the Green Fever, we would’ve been able to dispatch them sooner. It’s quite embarrassing. I’ll send people to deal with them immediately.”
“I appreciate it. Also, there are some women who suffered terribly after being kidnapped by the bandits. If they wish to relocate to another territory, the Gustique family will accept them.”
“They suffered… I see. Rendolf will also grant relocation permits if they request it. Thank you for your consideration.”
The two surviving girls may find it difficult to live in that town. If they move far away, they can hide their past. Both of them had attractive figures and pretty faces. Without the burden of their history, they should be able to find marriage prospects. And if they’re looking for work, I can arrange for them to be employed as farmers in Kolibe.
That’s about all I can do for them.
“Is Mother and Lyla back yet?”
“A messenger arrived last night, and he reported that they were nearly finished. They should be back soon.”
I see. It looks like the containment of Green Fever is going well. Now then… I wonder how the royal capital’s support unit, who handled the southern town of Videla, is doing.
Just as I thought that, the doors to the hall suddenly burst open. Someone came running in at great speed. I tensed for a moment, but it was a familiar face. Curly golden hair, clear blue eyes, a face so perfect it looked unreal, and a large chest.
“Sister!!! I found you! Sister!!!”
Charging towards Risty was none other than the Second Princess of the Rolique Kingdom, Felicie Shan Rolique.
She threw herself onto Risty, burying her face in her body while inhaling deeply, “Suu~ haa~, suu~ haa~” as if taking deep breaths. Was she… sniffing Risty?
“Felicie! What are you doing in public! Stop that!”
Risty tried to pry Princess Felicie off her.
“Why is Princess Felicie… Oh, I get it. She’s part of the support unit from the royal capital, isn’t she?”
Felicie, with her magic affinities of Earth 8, Wood 8, and Holy 6, along with a mana capacity over a thousand (a Saunthanta), is indeed a powerful magic user. It was surprising that the Second Princess herself had come, but her ability to suppress plagues is undeniable.
“Come on, Felicie, let go! You’ve got to stop this!”
Even though Risty struggled, Princess Felicie refused to budge. She continued sniffing Risty for another five minutes, while everyone else watched in confusion. Finally, she lifted her head from Risty, though her arms still clung tightly.
“I was on the verge of death from the lack of my sister’s presence. But I’ve barely survived.”
“Felicie, people don’t die from that!”
“I do. It’s terrible. They locked me away from everyone.”
Locked away? Now that I think about it, she wasn’t at the wedding reception either.
“That’s because you were acting out of control. Now, detach yourself and return to the royal capital.”
“I will return to the capital. With you, Sister!”
“I’m married! I belong to the Gustique family now! I’ll visit the capital in the summer!”
As I watched the exchange in disbelief, Princess Felicie suddenly turned toward me with a sharp motion.
“Lord Folca, no, Brother-in-law Folca. My sister seems so much happier now, just like she used to be. It must be a good marriage. So, I’ll generously accept it. However, I’ll take my sister back to the royal castle, and you’ll just have to visit us.”
She’s suggesting some kind of “Heian-style” visitation marriage?
“That’s not happening! I’m perfectly happy living in Remilba! Felicie, stay quietly in the royal castle!”
Princess Felicie’s physical strength was impressive. Even though Risty was trying hard, she couldn’t pull her off at all.
“Uh, Lord Bondre, I’m really sorry about this…”
I turned to Bondre, who had been left out of the whole ordeal, and apologized. I felt bad for him.
“Oh, no, it’s perfectly fine.”
“Anyway! I’m already married! You understand that, don’t you, Felicie?!”
“Ugh… Then I’ll move into the Gustique estate! I’ll be a maid, or even a concubine if I have to, but I’m living with you, Sister!”
Princess Felicie’s voice echoed throughout the hall.
At that moment, the doors to the hall opened again.
“Princess Felicie!”
Entering the hall were Pierre, the captain of Felicie’s guard, and another woman—her maid, though I had forgotten her name.
“My deepest apologies, everyone. Princess Felicie took off on the royal horse Marsphy, and we couldn’t catch up.”
Marsphy was a famous magical steed owned by the royal family, and Princess Felicie, known for her exceptional horsemanship, was particularly fond of that horse.
Pierre made eye contact with me, so I waved and said, “It’s been a while.” Pierre gave a small nod in acknowledgment, as if to say, “Yes, indeed.”
“Pierre! Deborah! Take Felicie away!”
Ah yes, the maid’s name was Deborah.
Pierre and Deborah grabbed Princess Felicie by the arms.
“Come now, Princess Felicie, it’s time to go back.”
“You mustn’t trouble Lady Risty, Lord Folca, or the Rendolf family any further. You’ll see your sister again in the summer.”
“Waaah! Sister! Sisterrrr!”
Princess Felicie was dragged out of the room.
“And Green Fever in Videla has been contained. Now, if you’ll excuse us.”
Pierre, still holding onto Princess Felicie, bowed politely before leaving.
The room fell silent.
“Um, Lord Bondre, I’m terribly sorry about my sister.”
Risty bowed her head apologetically.
Not long after, Mother and Lyla returned. They confirmed that the situation had been successfully handled.
