“Alright, let’s not make a big deal out of it. Come on, sit down. The show’s about to start!”

She escort Fang Zhou and Wang Fei to their seats, pointing out the camera positions. The script and player profiles were already prepared and placed on the table in front of them.

Fang Zhou put on his headset, adjusted the volume, and confirmed everything was working properly with the production team.

“Alright, the players have entered, and the livestream is about to begin!”

Behind them was a massive studio set up like a professional match, complete with tables, chairs, and gaming equipment. Hundreds of spectators filled the audience, excitedly waving glow sticks and cheering.

The director’s voice counted down in their earpieces: “Three, two, one, action!”

The host in the studio flashed a pleasant smile at the camera, instantly lifting everyone’s spirits.

“Dear viewers, welcome to the live broadcast of our show, ‘Play It Like This’!”

“Today, we’re thrilled to have four celebrities and four professional e-sports players forming teams to play three friendly matches. Let’s give them a warm round of applause!”

Thunderous applause followed as the camera panned over the guests. The teams were divided into red and blue, with Qiao Sisi wearing a beautiful dress and standing in the red team. Her starry eye makeup made her look stunning, even among other young celebrities.

The fans in the audience went wild, shouting Qiao Sisi’s name.

“Sisi baby! Mommy loves you!”

The online viewers were just as enthusiastic, spamming the chat with their comments. Fans of the celebrities and the professional players were duking it out, covering the entire screen with their messages. Watching from the office, Li Siming and Su Yang had to turn off the chat.

After greeting the audience, Fang Zhou focused on the player profiles. Meanwhile, Wang Fei stared at the camera, hoping for attention.

Wang Fei confidently said, “The desert map is vast and good for sniping. Let’s see how our celebrities handle sniping.”

Fang Zhou added with a smile, “The desert map is resource-scarce. Playing defensively might earn someone the ‘long-distance runner’ title. I hope everyone can stay steady.”

Their comments were spot-on, and the first match began, drawing everyone’s attention to the game.

Xiao Lu used Qiao Sisi’s double kill to start a discussion.

“We all know Sisi is an actress, but who knew she’s also a hidden gaming expert!”

Fang Zhou smiled knowingly, thinking: I trained her.

“Sisi is braver than the other female guests. She confronts enemies instead of hiding, which is impressive.”

Wang Fei then complimented another female celebrity, Wanwan.

“Wanwan is doing well too; at least she’s controlling her gun.”

Seeing the chat, Wang Fei was bewildered, realizing he might have misspoken. Despite his dislike for Wang Fei, Fang Zhou knew they were in this together. He quickly added a flattering comment to salvage the situation, throwing a look at Wang Fei: Don’t speak if you don’t know what to say.
