The shopkeeper had me buy it.

“Are you tired these days, Sagami? Maybe that’s why you bought an electric massager or something.”

“Well, I’m piling up, but I’m not tired. Well, that’s not exactly how I use it.”

I respond to Shino-chan’s concern with an impure heart. Oh, I just said it so well.

Shino-chan looks puzzled as I admire myself but soon changes her expression and looks at the clothes on the displays.

“It’s so cute… ”

She mumbles to herself. She doesn’t say it so that I can hear her, but it seems to come out of her mouth spontaneously.

“That’s nice. I’ll buy you anything you want, Shino-chan.”

Shino-chan smiles weakly as I say this. She looks a little sad. Then, touching her jeans, she says something like this.

“I’m fine with this kind of thing. Skirts and girly things don’t suit me. If I wore something cute, you’d laugh at me, wouldn’t you? ”

She turns away from the pale pink skirt and tries to walk away, and I hold her soft hand gently to stop her.

“Who’s laughing? I’ll shut them up if anyone does. Anyway, you won’t know until you try it on, and I’d like you to wear it.”

“I’ve never worn a skirt before, and it would never look good on me.”

She fidgets in front of the store. She dresses like a cool girl, but she is a little shy. She is adorable in that way, too.

As I’m doing that, I make eye contact with the store owner. She smiled at me, and I sent her a message with my eyes, “It’s now or never.”

“Come on, let’s go try on the dress! Do you have any clothes that would suit this person? ”

“Wait, I haven’t decided to wear it yet!? ”

A sales clerk approaches Shino-chan, who is still complaining in front of the store. Then, with a business smile that never falters, she addresses Shino-chan.

“Your boyfriend is anticipating you. Be cute and make your boyfriend excited! ”

“Ah, umm, he’s not my boyfriend…”

“Wow, you’re so cute. This is worth choosing. Here we go.”

Shino-chan can’t resist the flirtatious clerk. She gives me a “help me” look, but I just give her a thumbs up and do nothing.

Well, I’ll just say something to her before I go.

“I think you’ll look great in anything. I’ll be waiting for you, Shino-chan.”

“Ahhh…”

Shino-chan shrinks and walks behind the waiter. I can see her ears are a little red, and I think she is really cute.

The clerk whispers in Shino-chan’s ear.

“Customer.. definitely likes that guy, don’t you? ”

“…… !? No, I don’t! No, I don’t think so…maybe.”

“You’re too cute.”

Such girl talk was going on out of Sagami’s hearing.
