Chapter 12 – The Admiral Is Taken Away
☆☆Chapter 12 – The Whole Empire Thinks The Admiral Wants To Elope (Part 2)☆☆
There were four men in black who were neither guarding nor escorting Glenn. They were all tall and strong, two of them were Alphas and two were Betas, all of them were sprayed with thick concealing agent.
In Glenn’s opinion, the four men must have served in the military or received systematic security training. Even their style of action is decisive and capable.
The hovercraft carrying the five people sped towards a wide area on the outskirts of the city. After just over ten minutes, Glenn saw figures standing or sitting loosely on the ground in the distance.
It was Victoria and her men who brought this trip.
Victoria was accompanied by a large team, and he was very familiar with the two people standing beside her. One of them was beyond his expectations, and the admiral almost couldn’t maintain his mask of being ‘heartbroken and regretful for accidentally hurting the person he loved.’
Glenn slowly stepped down from the hovercraft, looking much calmer than before. Only his eyes were slightly red, revealing a bit of vulnerability.
”Admiral.” Captain White came forward and smiled gently.
”White.” Glenn said calmly, “I didn’t expect that we would be in the same boat.”
”A boat…” White repeated, his caramel eyes half-closed, “Are you sure?”
White spoke very softly, at least Victoria, who was still ten meters away in the shade of the trees, certainly couldn’t hear it. Glenn remained expressionless, with a layer of cold sweat on his back.
Glenn said calmly, “What do you mean by that?”
White looked at him for a moment and shook his head calmly: “Nothing, Her Royal Highness the Princess has been waiting for you for a long time.”
Glenn actually wanted to ask him why he was here and why he was willing to follow Victoria despite his noble status, but he didn’t say anything. The young admiral glanced at his former friend and walked towards the shade of the tree where several soft chairs were placed.
Victoria waited there, and she waited a long time indeed.
”I saw the news.” The princess raised her eyebrows and threw the expensive terminal in her hand to Glenn. “Maybe you will be unhappy with what you said, but you still did a good job. My brother hasn’t come out of the emergency room yet. I don’t know if he will survive.”
When he heard the word “emergency room”, Glenn’s back stiffened instantly, his masseter muscles trembled, and his eyes were fierce as if he wanted to kill someone.
”You’re lying to me.” Glenn said word by word.
”Unfortunately, I didn’t.” Victoria laughed. “Don’t be so nervous, Admiral. There’s no point in quarreling with me now. After all, you don’t have any other choice.”
She stood up, looking relaxed, and tapped Glenn’s chin with her long nails painted with black nail polish: “You stabbed him beautifully, and it is said that the lung was injured— you are already a rebel, Admiral. Oh, no, Mr. Glenn Sasir… or perhaps soon, you will just be Mr. Glenn.”
The Sasir family may record an imperial hero in the family tree, but would never accept a traitor.
Glenn suddenly realized that Victoria’s hatred might have affected her a long time ago, but because he was still of use, she had held back and only revealed it now.
”You are setting me up.”
”Yes, I am,” Victoria nodded happily.
”Why?” Glenn asked sincerely.
”Because of the timing of your appearance, because of what you did, because of your disgusting hair color and your disgusting eyes.” Victoria took two steps back in disgust, looking down at the black-haired man who was sitting dejectedly on the ground.
”Before you appeared, Joshua was just like me, a child without a mother and not loved by his father. But after you appeared, he became the spiritual leader of Omegas, a warrior, an officer and even a general of royal blood, the proudest son of His Majesty the Emperor. It’s so ridiculous that a lowly Omega actually became a general of the empire…”
Glenn had just found out that Victoria was actually sexist.
”You hate Omegas,” he said calmly.
”It’s not hatred,” Victoria sneered, “it’s contempt.”
”Whether it’s my mother or Queen Natasha, these ridiculous Omegas, they can’t live without an Alpha. Including my good brother, the most noble Omega in the Fran Empire.” Victoria felt more relieved as she spoke, and the corners of her red lips curled up slightly. “Isn’t it because of the so-called love that you fell into my hands? Huh?”
After hearing this, Glenn hid his face behind his hair and laughed softly twice, without saying anything in rebuttal.
So Victoria continued: “Before you showed up, I lived with him for seven years, and after you showed up, I observed him for another eleven years. I know better than anyone else – if it weren’t for you, he wouldn’t have grown up to where he is today. If he hadn’t grown up to be the disgusting person he is today, what I was supposed to do would have been much easier than it is today!”
Glenn took it as a compliment and accepted it. He nodded and asked, “Then how did my hair and eyes offend you?”
Victoria walked up to Glenn again, leaning closer as if to attack, and a strong smell of ink suddenly spread.
”You look so much like her.” She whispered to herself, “You look so much like her, no matter your hair color, eye color, or face. It’s so sad that I can’t even fall in love with you or compete with Joshua for you openly.”
”It’s Madam Mona.” Glenn was unusually calm. “You really hate her.”
”Don’t mention her name!” Victoria yelled, and the obsidian ring hit Glenn in the face. “Who is she? She’s just a bitch who gained the right to reproduce by drugging an Alpha.”
Glenn failed to dodge, and a faint blood stain appeared on his face. His inky brows were tightly furrowed— not because of the royal secrets— his limbs were gradually becoming weak, and his vision was becoming increasingly blurred.
…Is it an anesthetic? But when?
”Admiral, since you used the dagger I gave you, you shouldn’t let my brother hurt you. But this also…”
Glenn didn’t get to hear the whole thing, he fell into complete darkness.

”That’s good. We don’t have to worry about whether you are truly obedient.” Victoria said calmly, “You really have no companions. No one trusts you except me.”
Hawthorne, Gray Pigeon’s second-in-command, your old friend White, and my most loyal subordinate Leila, none of them believe you.
”White.” Victoria picked up the ring, wiped it lovingly and blew away the dust on the surface.
”Your Highness.”
”Keep an eye on him,” Victoria issued the order to sail using the terminal. “Perhaps you are right. Before we get the news of Joshua Gustav’s death, don’t let him move freely.”
”Yes, sir.”
White had a gentle smile on his face all the time. He handcuffed the Admiral Alpha and easily carried him onto the last small starship in the fleet.
There were ten such small starships, which could carry 120 people and sail for dozens of days. The destinations were all set by the terminal in Victoria’s hand.
”Then let’s go.”
November 11, 3008 of the Third Galactic Era, 3:00 PM.
The traitor of Fran, Her Royal Highness the Imperial Princess yesterday, Victoria Gustav, led a fleet of a hundred people and headed for the rendezvous point five thousand star miles north of the Jinlu system.
Three days later, the space-class starship of the interstellar pirate group Gray Pigeon met up with the fleet at the rendezvous point. A temporary alliance consisting of five hundred elite pirates and one hundred of Victoria’s confidants stationed on Lei Shi Star near the Jinlu Galaxy.
While the rebels were feasting and singing, the Fran Empire’s mighty Revenge Legion quietly sailed out of the star port, flying the wolf-head flag of the Third Legion, led by Ke Xi.
On the same day, Grand Duchess Theresa published a statement in the newspaper to avenge her partner Joshua, to whom she was unable to get married. She returned to Celine that day and dispatched 5,000 mecha soldiers to reinforce.
Glenn Sasir, who was once thought to be the leader of the rebels, only woke up in the magnetic prison on Thunderstone Star a week later.
This confrontation, which was later described as “the most inexplicable rebellion”, had just begun.
