☆ ☆、Chapter 14 – The Whole Empire Thinks The Admiral Is A Stay-at-home (Part 1)☆☆、
”Hawthorne!” Victoria rushed over angrily.
Her black hair had not been tied up as usual, and it hung straight down her back. Her angry face made her look like a normal 19-year-old girl.
White followed behind her, neither too far nor too close, with a respectful and natural attitude, and gestured from a distance to Hawthorne who was sitting upright.
What a hassle.
Hawthorne said, “Tsk.”
”Where is my mecha?” Victoria wanted to kill Hawthorne with one blow, but unfortunately she couldn’t, and she really didn’t dare.
”What mecha?” Hawthorne opened his eyes wide in confusion, “I don’t know.”
Victoria calmed down, her expression freezing as if she had been covered in ice: “You don’t have to act in front of me. You are not the only one on this planet.”
Hawthorne smiled and said calmly: “I can return the mecha to you, but there is a condition.”
”What?”
”Tell me whether the encryption method of that beautiful thing is reversible or not.”
Victoria raised her lips and said, “It is irreversible. The bloodline is encrypted. If you want to destroy it, you can only destroy the whole machine.”
Hawthorne nodded while playing with the lace on his sleeves, and said casually, “Your thirty-five mechas have been transferred to the mecha warehouse in the south. After confirming that the Gustav family has been destroyed, you will have them again.”
Victoria’s mouth twitched, and she almost wanted to curse. Without this group of combat power, how could she deal with the emperor who should have died long ago?!
”You have no right to dispose of my personal belongings, Chief Hawthorne,” Victoria said coldly.
”I have.” Hawthorne disagreed, “Your Highness, one force can defeat ten skills. You are a smart woman.”
The atmosphere was deadlocked for a moment, and White walked up quietly and held Victoria’s trembling wrist.
Victoria looked back and said with suppressed anger: “Well, Chief Hawthorne, I hope you can be more open-minded and not lose greater interests for the sake of thirty-five ordinary mechas.”
Greater benefits? Hawthorne cast a sarcastic look at the slender figure who turned away and murmured:
”Not all adventures lead to good results.”

But not all adventures lead to good results.
Glenn’s dark eyes glowed brightly in the night.
After leaving the prison, he knocked out several lone interstellar pirates nearby, changed into a distinctive outfit of Jinluxing clothing, and smeared a lot of dirt on his face.
To avoid any complications, the Admiral tied up the pirates who had been stripped of different parts of their clothes and threw them into a cave under a nearby hill. He then rushed directly to the mecha hangar where Victoria stored the mechas, and encountered head-on the large force that was transferring the mechas.
——It was a wonderful encounter! Glenn later told Joshua this.
Glenn had known Joshua for eleven years, and had been on the battlefield as a mecha soldier for thirteen years. He was familiar with all types and styles of mechas in the Fran Empire, from the low-level C-class to the high-level A+ class he was riding now.
But when he saw the huge thing at the end of the team, which was carefully moved by hundreds of hovercrafts, Glenn couldn’t help but be dazzled.
”Who are you?” A team member asked in confusion, baring his yellow teeth.
”I am following Master White. Master was worried and asked me to come and take a look.”
This was the speech Glenn had prepared in advance. His eyes were still glued to the silver-white mecha at the end of the team, and he couldn’t take them away for the time being.
”Tsk… troublesome.” The man curled his lips, as if he had received instructions in advance and did not continue to doubt, “Then follow me, don’t make trouble.”
Glenn didn’t bother to care whether he spoke harshly or not, he just thought to himself, ‘It’s good that the bet was right,’ and walked into the team with a gregarious smile.
”Thank you.” He said sincerely.
The route taken by this team of mecha escorts was relatively flat, which showed that the guide was extremely familiar with the terrain of Lei Shi Star.
When everyone began to feel tired, the leader ordered them to rest. The young pirate beside him dared to look back a few more times and said to Glenn in a low voice: “Your master is too amazing. He made a high-level S-class mecha just as soon as he said skills.”
Glenn’s back shook slightly, but fortunately it was too dark and the young pirate didn’t notice.
”Yeah, that’s amazing.” Glenn smiled proudly.
——Advanced S-class. The restrained smile of the man said it all.
The signal isolation system of the base is not weak at all. Glenn did not intend to take the risk of transmitting information to the outside world. From his current observation, the number of interstellar pirates stationed on Lei Shi Star is more than 5,000, and the quality and technology of their mechas are superior to those of Fran.
This indirectly confirmed Glenn’s previous speculation:
‘I’m afraid the other end of this Gray Pigeon’s anklet is tied to a certain majesty who suffers from triennial mania?’
But if he had this mecha, let alone sending messages, Glenn Sasir was sure he could fight a thousand of them and escape by himself to join the main force.
Glenn watched with burning eyes as the S-class mecha was put into storage again in the mecha hangar a few kilometers to the south, and he had a plan in mind.
Rob.
The mecha hangar is an important asset of all countries and forces in the Third Galactic Era. Due to the special nature of mechas, the main body of the mecha hangar is usually built with special metals to isolate high or low temperatures, radiation and external signals. There is only a spiral circular hangar door on the top. Whenever it is opened, a strong cold light used to maintain a constant temperature and detect intruders is projected from the round hole to the sky, which is fleeting and can be called a great wonder.
After a brief beam of light, Glenn quietly moved towards the hole, looking like a bumpkin who had never seen the world, and tried to peek inside the mecha hangar.
The young pirate sneered, cursed “idiot” in his heart, and ordered his men to close the warehouse door.
Glenn seemed to realize that he had become the focus of attention. Feeling embarrassed, he slowly stepped back a few steps and stopped on an iron plate.
This iron plate really had some problems.
The manual opener and closer, which is never used except the spiral door hinge, happened to be under his feet. When the door was closed, the spiral hinge rotated at a constant speed and the manual opener and closer automatically reset.
Glenn felt a centripetal force under his feet, and he lost his balance and fell straight into the mecha cabin.
The person is gone?
The interstellar pirates watching were all stunned. The mecha hangar had a huge capacity, and the distance from the circular hangar door to the bottom of the hangar was at least dozens of meters high.
Brother, are you trying to watch the fun and end up falling down and killing yourself?!
The space pirates were used to seeing life and death, but this death was a little special…
It was the first time for the little pirate Huang Ya to see such an operation. He was stunned for a while with his mouth open, then he stroked his hair and said with a wave of his hand: “Damn bad luck! He must have fallen to death. Don’t worry about it, let’s go back first.”
The password to open and close the warehouse door could only be used once, and he didn’t want to make things difficult for the boss because of an insignificant stranger.
The pirates all expressed their approval, and they all felt the same way.
Brother, next time we open the warehouse door, we will come to collect your body.
Anyway, it’s kept at a constant temperature to keep things fresh!

Glenn certainly didn’t die from the fall. He was just a little cold.
He still couldn’t remember the topography of his vast admiral’s mansion, but in terms of understanding the general structure of the mecha hangar, the admiral is second to none, and perhaps only the builders dare to claim to be first.
The reason is simple: he had seen it so many times that he had become exceptionally familiar with it.
Glenn held the long railing under the spirals tightly with both arms and moved swiftly to the warehouse wall. It took half an hour to open and close the thermostatic security system each time the mecha hangar was opened and closed, and this was his only chance.
Glenn moved closer to the warehouse wall and exhaled a breath of white air.
All mecha hangars were man-made, which meant that all structures in the mecha hangars actually had reserved parts necessary for “people” to enter and exit.
For example, the long railing in Glenn’s hand and the metal ladder he was trying to approach.
The Alpha’s physique allowed his body to adapt to the low temperature quickly. Glenn moved his arms, swung his body forward, and firmly grasped the cold steel ladder.
”It’s so cold.” Glenn shrank his neck.
According to the time, if Joshua didn’t intend to kill him directly, he should have brought his men to the vicinity of the Thunder Stone Star System. As long as this S-class mecha can be successfully brought back to Fran, the benefits would not be only temporary.
For example, becoming the second country after the House Empire to own S-level mechas sounds great.
It took fifteen minutes to climb the dozens of meters long steel ladder to the bottom of the warehouse.
Glenn had just looked down without caring about his image just to confirm the parking space of the S-class mecha. He thought for a moment and strode in the direction of his memory.
East 3-E Warehouse, this is it.
Glenn took out his communicator and looked at the time again—nine minutes left.
He couldn’t turn off the hovering facility, as that would immediately expose his position, so he could only climb up and manually open the cockpit door.
This was not a difficult task for Glenn Sasier, who had just completed climbing, rock climbing, ladder climbing and other projects.
Glenn looked at the densely packed steel pipes and plates, selected a few with the widest horizontal distance as springboards, walked and looked all the way to the third floor of the suspension frame.
The mecha’s head appeared before the admiral’s eyes, only a few steps away.
Glenn lunged forward and landed on the mech’s broad shoulders – the first step in manually activating the mech.
Then the admiral aimed at the gap in the mecha joint and put his right foot in. Glenn was not afraid of heights. He followed suit with his left foot to find other gaps and moved downwards step by step.
This process seemed slow, but it actually didn’t take long. In addition, the cockpit was located closest to the mecha’s shoulder, so Glenn didn’t find it difficult.
——After opening the cockpit door and successfully sitting in the black inlaid driver’s seat, there was only one minute left before the security equipment was turned on again.
Glenn smiled and turned on the mecha’s main power.
A gentle mechanical female voice sounded slowly, clear and pleasant:
”Secrecy system has been loaded, blood encryption mode activated, please ask the driver to drop fresh blood into the starter tank.”
Glenn’s expression went from relaxed to gloomy, and his heart suddenly sank.
His original plan was to rely on the power of the S-class mecha to trick the constant temperature security equipment in the mecha hangar.
But this S-class mecha… had actually recognized its master.
